Yürütme planında görebileceğiniz gibi, optimize edici birincil birincil kümelenmiş dizinini kullanmaz, bunun yerine Kimlik alanını içermeyen Benzersiz anahtarını kullanır. Ben doğru kilit kullanıyorsa, daha fazla sayfa kilitlenmesi gerektiğinden bu yüzden kilitlenme neden olduğunu düşünüyorum.
