Magento 2.1 resmi düzenleme formunda yüklenmiyor

Magento 2.1 formu üzerinde çalışıyorum . Yeni alan eklediğimde resim başarıyla yüklendi. ancak ızgaradan herhangi bir alanı düzenlediğimde dosya yükleyici sayfada gösterilmez. Düzenleme sayfasını incelerken aşağıdaki hatayı gösterir
