Özel yazılımda SSH sorunu için sorun giderme ipuçları

Satın aldığımız donanım parçasıyla kanal oluşturma konusunda sorun yaşıyorum. Hem Putty (Windows'ta) hem de Ubuntu'nun CLI'sini kullanarak VXworks OS'ye SSH yapabilirim, ancak Ruby veya Python kullanarak donanıma komut gönderdiğimde "uzak ana bilgisayar tarafından kapatılan bağlantı" alıyorum.
