Uygulamaya özel izin ayarları, CLSID {9A4948D9-13FC-4FAC-B60A-FBA6EE0FB11C} ve APPID {50E1C3FD-EC35-490E-9CCF-C68F9AE919} olan COM Server uygulaması için Yerel Etkinleştirme izni vermiyor. EDIT: 3 bölümden oluşan tek bir sabit diskim var, ikisi işletim sistemi için diğeri veri için. Yedek işletim sistemi bölümüme (Windows 10'un başka bir kopyasını içeren) yeni bir Windows 10 yüklemesi yüklemeyi denedim, bölümü silip yeniden oluşturduktan sonra aşağıdaki hatayı aldım ...

Bu yüzden, belki de sorunun, makinenin artık desteklenmeyen MBR kullanılarak kurulum yapılmasının bir sonucu olduğunu düşünüyorum. Tahminim (her şeyi yedekledikten sonra) diski MBR'den GPT'ye dönüştürmeye çalışmam gerekecek mi? Ya da sadece her şeyi silin ve baştan başlayın.

EDIT2 : Düzen 1'de karşılaştığım bu sorunu çözdüm ve artık V1511'den V1607'ye Windows 10 yükseltme sorunlarına bağlı olduğunu sanmıyorum.

Varsayılan olarak USB'yi başlattığımda UEFI olarak açıldı ve pencereleri kurmama izin vermedi. UEFI'siz usb'i önyüklemek için önyükleme menüsünde başka bir seçenek vardı, bu seçeneğin seçilmesi yedek bölümde Windows 10'a başarıyla yeni bir kurulum kurmamı sağladı. Yeni 1607 Windows 10 işletim sistemi kurulumunda her şeyi aşamalı olarak yeniden yüklemeye karar verdim ve daha sonra işletim sistemini güncellenmeyi reddeden diğer bölüme (Windows 10 1511) kaldırdım.

DÜZENLEME 3: Eski sistemi yükseltmek için bir çözüm bulamadım, ancak yeni kurulan işletim sisteminin aynı sabit diskteki başka bir bölümdeki Windows işletim sistemlerini sorunsuzca yükleyebildiğini doğrulayabilirim.
