Windows 7'deki kablosuz bağlantıda varsayılan ağ geçidine ulaşılamıyor

Bu sorun belirli bir dizüstü bilgisayarda yereldir. Benzer kurulum diğer birçok dizüstü bilgisayarda iyi çalışıyor.

İşyerimde kablosuz bir ağım var, dizüstü bilgisayarımla konuşamıyorum. Ağa bağlantı başarıyla gerçekleşir, ancak gerçekleştikten sonra trafik giremez veya çıkamaz. Sunucu yapılandırmasını bilmiyorum ve bu taraftan destek alamıyorum.

@Paul: DNS sunucularını şaşırttım ama DHCP sunucusunu değil, gerçekten okuduğunu 1.1.1.1. Hiçbir şey ping ve hiçbir şey çözülmez. Dns sunucularına ping yapamıyorum, google.com'a ne ip yoluyla ne de isimle ping yapılamıyor. Kendime ping yapabilirim, ama bununla ilgili.
