Yakalama 22: apt-utils'i kurmak için apt-utils'e mi ihtiyacınız var?

Bu sorunla karşılaştığımda başka bir şey yüklemeye çalışıyordum. Bu yüzden çözmek için apt-utils yüklemeye çalıştım. Ancak apt-utils'i kuramadım çünkü konsolum bana apt-utils olmadığımı söylüyor:
