Windows 7'den IPV6 adresine ping işlemi yapılamıyor [yinelenen]

Mine, hem dizüstü bilgisayarda (ev) hem de PC'de (ofis) Windows 7'dir. Bunu Win8 PC'deki bir okuldan kontrol ettim. IPV6 adresini neden pingleyemiyorum?

Eset nod32'yi tamamen devre dışı bıraktım ama yine de:
