MySQL Ruby Gem'i Ubuntu 9.10'a nasıl kurabilirim?

Neyse ki çözüm çok basit:

sudo gem uninstall mysql
sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev -y
sudo gem install mysql 

Not: MySQL'i kaldırmaya çalışırken bir hata mesajı aldım, ancak ilk başta yüklü olmadığı için sorun değil. Mysql gem yüklerken, hatalar gibi görünen mesajlar var: No definition for next_resultama bunlar hata değildir. Bu, belgeleri kurarken olur. Sadece belirli işlevler için herhangi bir belge bulunmadığını söyleyen mesajlardır.

Ruby'de MySQL kullanmak için bu gem'e gerçekten ihtiyacınız yok. Debian / Ubuntu'da zaten derlenmiş ve hazırlanmış aynı kodu içeren bir paket var. Sadece yazın sudo apt-get install libmysql-ruby.

Ubuntu Hardy, 8.04 ile çalışmak için uygun-get yükleme var:
