cgi-bin çalışmıyor

Kubuntu 13.10'u yeniden yükledim, cgi-bin çalışmıyor. Apache çalıştırmak yerine cgi'yi indirir!

Cgi mod etkin olan son apache var. 000-default.conf'a şu seçenekleri ekledim:
