Npm yüklenemiyor - Sorunları çözemiyorsanız, bozuk paketlere sahip misiniz?

Düğümlerimi 7.6'ya yükseltmeye çalışıyorum, ancak başarısız oldu. Şimdi 6.10 düğümünü yeniden kurduktan sonra yeni bir sorunum var:

Neden diyor Package 'npm' is not installed, so not removed? Projelerim için birçok düğüm paketi yüklemek için npm kullanıyordum !!

(Kubuntu 18.04'te) Daha önce libssl1.1'e karşılık gelen libssl-dev'i kurmuştum, fakat npm görünüşe göre 1.0'a ihtiyaç duyuyordu. Libssl-dev'i kaldırmak ve libssl1.0-dev ile değiştirmek zorunda kaldım ve her şey yolunda gitti.
