Composer neden güncellenmiyor?
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS amd64 kullanıyorum. LAMP (php5.6, apache2, mysql) ve Besteci kurdum. Laravel projemi github'dan indirdim. Yerel sunucuyu başlatmak için Composer'ı güncellemek istiyorum php artisan serve.
